Stewart has been working in the recruitment industry for 10 years and has held consultant level and senior positions with Paragon IT and Elan Computing. Stewart brings to Novate a wealth of market knowledge, an outstanding sense of humour as well as a a level of enthusiasm only usually found in small dogs!! When he's not assisting people in their next career move or steering the Novate empire Stewart can be found gorging himself on Toblerone whilst hiding from the constant harassment of his 3 daughters!!!

After working under the Prime Minister for five years, Charlotte swapped to working for an Adult Education Centre. Feeling used and down-trodden Charlotte was persuaded (with a pint of beer and a cupcake) to return to the real world and help found Novate IT.  Charlotte runs a tight ship, anyone daring to stray from her plans had better be brave, stupid or resigning!!! When she isn't scaring the staff at Novate she can be found undertaking her favourite new sport On-road Xtreme Stock Car Racing, if you see her coming either park or brace yourself for the impact!!!

Likes:  Old INXS, Terry Henry, West Ham and reality TV romances!
Dislikes: New INXS, Vinny Jones, lettuce and getting up.

Marta Jura - Office Adminstrator (and snack food junkie)

Marta is the linchpin to the Novate IT empire, nothing happens without her approval! Marta brings to Novate a broad range of experiences and skills, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office she also make sure the tea is made and the Jaffa cakes eaten on time and not before! Marta has been instrumental in establishing the company's administration procedures and training programs as well as making sure the team made it home and survived the Christmas party in 2006, not an easy job!

Likes: Chocolate, crisps, dancing, beads, trance music
Dislikes: Fairgrounds, proper food, caves

Hannah Strohmeier - Account Manager (and Office Palindrome)

Hannah joined Novate IT in Spring 2008 when she was discovered giving holistic Reiki to a variety of unsuspecting victims in the greater Bristol area. Before her lucky break/divine calling Hannah had spent 18 months working as a head hunter in the construction recruitment industry, after changing the world of quantity surveying forever she needed to seek a greater challenge. Hannah is now responsible for managing some of Novate IT's key client relationships as well as laughing at Stewart's rubbish sense of humour, discussing X Factor with Charlotte and Marta as well as ensuring the company drinks it's EU quota of "Nettle and Mungbean" tea, all very important business! Hannah's boundless enthusiasm for her applicants and vacancies ensures that both candidates and clients receive a service that is both refreshing and unique.

Likes: Dad jokes, ranting, bubbles, running, hot chocolate, retro clothing made of hessian.
Dislikes: Administration, motorists/cyclists/other runners, buses and hairbrushes.
Says too often "I think I'm going to take up veganism/meditation/cooking, or buy a dog"
