In 2005 Novate IT Ltd was founded to give a fresh and innovative approach to IT recruitment.
It was felt by the directors that it was time to offer straightforward, cost effective and honest recruitment solutions to candidates to assist with the basic, yet fundamental need to find the right job, at the right price, within the right company. Obviously, great candidates need great employers, so we approached our clients with the same enthusiasm, integrity and fine eye for detail to assist them find the best person, for their varied array of jobs at the best price possible.
Novate IT was born out of our strong desire to offer straightforward recruitment services for the IT, Telecoms and New Media industry and to give a service to both candidates and clients that was second to none. We felt that although the recruitment agencies that we had experienced over a number of years were in abundance, an honest and straight talking consultancy would be a truly great idea – so here we are!
Four years on, going from strength to strength, we have a fantastic team of like minded employees, all with a great feel for the right way to recruit together with a good sense of humour and willingness to go the extra mile for both our applicants and clients.
