You’ll be responsible for improving efficiencies within their service delivery whilst displaying excellent time management and balancing both reactive and proactive work.
Applicants must have the aptitude to go the extra mile for your customers as well as knowledge of CRM tools, energy industry technologies and cloud-based services. You’ll have experience of working with ITIL best practice and also Agile, Lean and Six Sigma principals. Knowledge of Service Management and Helpdesk software is a must as well as Data manipulation and reporting.
