Project / Programme Planner - Southampton/Portsmouth - 3 months+ £400 - £460 per day An immediate and urgent opportunity for an experienced Planner to join our client on the south coast and help them deliver a number of large-scale, complex projects within an even larger programme of work. A day rate of £400 - £460 per day is offered for an initial term of 3 months which is likely to be extended. Applicants must be experienced Planners with experience of ensuring projects are appropriately planned, resourced and reported against, in turn meaning their successful delivery. Applicants should be able to match capacity and capability to prioritise demand, making effective use of available resources to deliver key objectives. Applicants will be experienced in planning major and complex projects encompassing entire organisations, be experienced in the Prince 2 methodology and using MS Project, Visio and MS Office tools. The project is an ERP replacement so experience in this type of project (or similar) would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. Ideally applicants will have knowledge of Oracle, retail systems and/or supply chain systems, Agile or Waterfall methodologies would also be useful but not essential.
