An immediate opportunity for an experienced Windows infrastructure Systems Engineer to join our Bristol based client, a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits is offered.
This high profile, international technology company are expanding their team in Bristol and are looking for a Windows infrastructure specialist to work alongside their software engineering department to support the existing development environment as well as set up new networks, servers and PCs and infrastructures.
Applicants should have strong skills in Windows desktops (XP, Vista and Windows 7), Windows Servers (2003, 2008) as well as networking technologies such as ethernet LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS. Applicants will also be experienced in Active Directory, virtualisation technologies, clustering and Windows Deployment Services. Additional experience of automated and manual platform tests, DOORS and/or Dell hardware would all be beneficial but not essential.
