This is an exciting and fast paced role to work for a large and highly successful company. This role is offering a salary of up to £40,000 plus pension. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Software Support Manager to lead a software support team and supervise investigations into problems. They are looking for a responsible individual who can oversee implementation of software fixes and releases for end implementation.
Applicants should be capable supporting multiple software products, have excellent analysis skills and show self-organizational abilities. You must show experience of software development and have excellent communication and management skills as you will be dealing with customers and senior stakeholders. A .net development background would be ideal but not essential.
