Our client, an exciting, well-established games publisher is hiring! Due to rapid growth, this company is now looking for a seasoned Customer Support Manager to join their team in Nottingham.

This company has a strong foothold in the games industry, with a number of hit titles under their belt. They create fantastic, popular games, and, due to the success these games have given them, they are now rapidly expanding their team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be creating and managing a front-line customer/technical support process, as well as championing customer support for the company by creating KPIs, targets and goals.

Candidates should have solid experience in an online-based customer service role, as well as a strong passion for video games and a good understanding of the industry. Working knowledge of digital distribution platforms such as Steam or GOG would be advantageous to an application.
