A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer in one of the UK's leading specialist publishers. This role is a fixed-term contract for 6-months, with potential for extension at the end of the contract. This opportunity can offer up to £19,000 per year, and is based in the organisation's Bournemouth office.
Our client is a leading specialist publisher, working on a range of media platforms. They have offices all over the world, and are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their Bournemouth team to ensure that their offices are able to continue producing and delivering great material. As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide both 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues with a wide-variety of technical issues and projects. You will provide email, phone, and field support to both their in-house team, and to their offices around the globe.
Successful candidates will need to show proficient knowledge of Mac OSX and Windows systems. Experience using Active Directory, Cisco Jabber, and Google Apps will also be required. You will also be able to demonstrate familiarity with remote administration, and with central management of computer systems.
As an IT Help Desk Engineer, you will be able to prove your knowledge and skills to support workers with a wide-range of issues and challenges.
