IT Help Desk Engineer - London - Windows and/or Mac OSX £29,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Engineer in one of the UK's leading specialist publishers. This role offers a starting salary of up to £29,000 salary, and is based in the organisation's central London offices. As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide both 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues with a wide-variety of technical issues and projects.

The organisation is a leading specialist publisher, working on a range of media platforms. They have offices all over the world, and are looking for an IT Support Engineer to ensure that their London offices are able to continue producing and delivering great material.

For this role, you will need to show proficient knowledge of either Mac OSX or Windows systems, and at least user level knowledge of the other. Experience using Google Apps would be beneficial, though is not essential. You will be based across two different London offices through the working week, so the willingness to travel to both locations within central London is required.
