Senior QA Engineer - Sheffield - Up to £40,000 Dependent on Experience + Benefits

Are you looking for a career assessing the quality of applications to benefit thousands of public transport users? This opportunity as Senior QA Engineer will allow you to plan and conduct functional and non-functional testing activities, assessing the quality of various applications. This organisation is an established software development company working with many well-known public transport clients. You will be able to develop your skills writing automated UI tests, run UAT sessions on site, mentor junior staff members, and run bug triaging sessions. A starting salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience will be offered along with great benefits.

You will have proven experience testing iOS, Android, and web applications, and demonstrable knowledge working with multiple test techniques, including Regression Testing, Session Based Test Management, and Exploratory Testing. Excellent test case management, version control, and defect tracking understanding will also be required. Experience in writing and maintenance of web UI automation tests using Java, Selenium, or Cucumber would be beneficial, but is not essential.
