This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and passionate Service Delivery Manager to join a leading tech company at a senior level.
Based in their Exeter office, this digital service provider has a reputation for delivering award-winning software solutions across their specialist sector. As a result of continued growth and increased market share, they are now looking to expand their management team and are in need of a talented Service Delivery Manager to drive the company forward. A salary of up to £57,000 plus excellent benefits and holiday allowance are on offer for the right candidate.
You will have a proven track record in the delivery of large software products and services, and good understanding of the software development lifecycle, with the ability to demonstrate a combination of supporting business change and project management. Experience of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is essential, as is knowledge of ITIL Service Management. You will be able to carry out Line Management responsibilities such as prioritising team workload, coaching and performance management of staff and conducting one-to-ones and annual appraisals. The role will involve developing long lasting relationships with a variety of customers, dealing with escalations and regularly reporting progress to them. This role will involve some client site visits for governance meetings.
