Are you a confident and experienced Support Analyst looking for a role that will challenge you? Do you have strong leadership skills and a passion for technology and customer service? Based in West Malling, this digital service provider has a reputation for delivering award-winning software solutions across a number of sectors. As a result of continued growth and increased market share, they are now looking to expand their support department and are in need of a talented Senior Analyst to join their support team.
Working with existing and emerging technologies, you and your team will be responsible for providing service and support for a range of hardware and software systems via on premise, cloud or co-located platforms. As Senior Support Analyst you will ensure you and your team comply with ISO standards and resolve all incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner. You will have the ability to identify, isolate and resolve complex problems, ensuring all deliverables adhere to the DMGT security and compliance baselines.
You will have ITIL training or certification. An MCP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. Previous experience in a technical customer support role including ticket management, and support of applications and services is essential. Team development, knowledge management and encouraging innovation and are all part of the job and as such you will be a strong communicator and team player.
