This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, Microsoft Certified IT professional to join an exciting and industry leading company. Based in their modern offices in Reading, this digital service provider has a reputation for delivering award-winning software solutions across a number of sectors. As a result of continued growth and increased market share, they are now looking to expand their support department.
Working with existing and emerging technologies, you will be responsible for providing service and support for both internal and external customers. Working as part of a team, you will be dealing with a range of hardware and Microsoft software systems via on premise, cloud or co-located platforms. This will include responding to service desk calls, effective ticket management and ensuring all incidents are captured and logged accurately.
The role will include regular travel to offices located in the UK and Ireland. MCP qualification or equivalent is essential and ITIL training or similar experience is also highly desirable. Knowledge management and some mentoring of those less experienced than you may also be required and as such you will be a strong communicator and team player.
