Are you a confident and experienced Service Desk Manager with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service? Can you support, motivate and lead a technical support team? As a result of continued growth and increased market share, they are now looking to expand their support department and are in need of a tech-minded Manager to lead their support team.

As Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the IT Service Desk and the operational business relationship with both internal and external customers, through the management of agreed service deliverables. You will have the ability to identify, develop, implement and document changes to improve performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Developing, implementing, reviewing and monitoring all OLAs, SLAs and XLAs
*Overseeing and driving Service Transition from Project/Product resource into Operations
*Process governance across the Service Operations Team
*Developing, implementing, reviewing and monitoring ITIL based services via the ITSM tool
*Service reviews with identified customers to ensure that the service received maintains the high standards required.
*Developing, implementing and maintaining ITSM tool requirements to align with stated strategic intent from Operations.

Along with your ITIL training, you will have in depth experience in technical support and basic Windows admin. You will also have experience of external and internal audits, particularly ISO27001. An IT Degree and Service Desk Accreditation would be advantageous but not essential, as would knowledge of networking and IT security.
