Are you a confident and experienced Service Desk Team Leader looking for a role that will challenge you? Are you a Microsoft Certified Professional with excellent leadership skills and a passion for technology? Working with existing and emerging technologies, you and your team will be responsible for providing service and support for a range of hardware and Microsoft software systems via on premise, cloud or co-located platforms. As Team Lead you will be responsible for ensuring your team comply with ISO standards and resolve all incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner. You will have the ability to identify, isolate and resolve complex problems, delegate tasks to team members and ensure delivery.
MCP qualification and previous team management experience is essential as you may be managing teams across multiple offices. You will also have ITIL training or exposure. Team development, knowledge management and encouraging innovation and are all part of the job and as such you will be a strong communicator and team player.
