Support Desk Analyst | West Malling | MCP | £27,000

Are you an experienced Support Desk Analyst and Microsoft Certified Professional with excellent time management skills and a passion for technology? Based in West Malling, this digital service provider has a reputation for delivering award-winning software solutions across a number of sectors. Working with existing and emerging technologies, you will be responsible for providing service and support for a range of hardware and Microsoft software systems via on premise, cloud or co-located platforms. This will include responding to service desk calls, effective ticket management and ensuring all incidents are captured and logged accurately.

Previous Microsoft systems support experience or customer service in a similar field is essential. MCP and ITIL certifications or equivalent are also highly desirable. Knowledge management and some mentoring of those less experienced than you may also be required and as such you will be a strong communicator and team player.
